Zerust Natur VCI film
The Zerust®/Excor® Natur-VCI™ series is an internationally certified fully biodegradable and compostable Volatile Corrosion Inhibiting (VCI) packaging material designed to protect metal components from rust and corrosion during shipment and short-term storage.
Availabilty:
- Rolls, Sheets
- Bags of Flat, Gusset and 3D box type
- Typical color is translucent green. Subjected to minimum orders
Protection Types:
- Ferrous (steel, iron and alloys) and non-ferrous (aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, and galvanized)
Protection Life:
- Protects clean dry metals for up to 6 months when used correctly
How To Use
Wear correct protective gear and gloves.
Start with a clean and dry part.
Place the part in clean VCI bag and seal the bag properly with tape only. Avoid heat sealing
Avoid wetting of Natur-VCI with rust preventive oils unless oil is certified compostable.
Avoid components leaking oils/fluids..
Do not use for outdoor protection.
